Photo Essay Project

Photo Essay Project

The concept of the 7 deadly sins has been an inspiration for art, music, and literature for generations. Your assignment is to create a photo essay that captures the idea of each of theses seven sins. You are to think conceptually and not necessarily literally. You will produce 7 photographs suitable for editing and appropriate for the class room setting. These will be posted on the class blog.
Additionally, we will be adding minimal captioning to the photographs.
The sins are as follows:

Pride
Gluttony
Wrath
Lust— the idea for this photograph MUST be presented to me ahead of time and approved. Anything that does not work for a school appropriate setting is strictly off-limits. Again- think conceptually.
Envy
Sloth
Avarice

A unifying idea needs to be present with these photographs- in others words- tie them together somehow.
